Installation of Full Fibre

Cheers @caravanj Perhaps i was just unfortunate but i still feel that BT should make it clear that a subcontractor might be used. My previous upgrade was done by a BT employee who was very professional and helpful.

A friend in our town had an FTTC installation a couple of weeks ago & that was a subcontracting firm.

I was there & I asked him a couple of questions about FTTP but he said he only did FTTC & SoGEA installations so we may get an Openreach engineer.

I'll be posting back once it's installed so I'll let you know how it went.
