Hi
I hope someone can help me, I had openreach fit fibre into my flat, but as my flat is housing association I did not realise that needed permission from them. I have now been told I need to get the installation plan from openreach, would any one know how I go about this, as I am having trouble getting hold of anyone to talk to.

Who is your service provider?
You would need to contact Plusnet who are the Openreach customer, and ask them to get the details on your behalf.
If you have already had the fibre fitted I am not sure what help an installation plan will be. As @gg30340 posted you need to contact plusnet
I have spoken to plusnet, and they were the ones who told me to get in contact with openreach. I seem to ve going round in circles 😅
Either way it is absolutely nothing to do with BT!
Openreach is part of the BT Group however is a stand along company and has nothing to do with BT Retail.
Openreach's customers are the Internet Providers such as Plusnet, Sky BT etc. It does not deal directly with the Internet Providers customers.ie you and me.
You need to go through your Internet Provider.
As you are not a BT Broadband customer BT can not do anything to assist you.
I don't what the installation plan would be either, but that's what my landlord wants, or I'm in breach of my tenancy.
Hi @Lynnywynny Your only route to Openreach is through Plusnet. Why don’t you raise a formal complaint with Plusnet, requesting the information required by your landlord. No need to mention Openreach. Your contract is with Plusnet.
