Internet not working - Portland Street Leamington Spa

Do anyone is facing no internet on BT Broadband in Portland Street Area. I am facing it since yesterday. Not able to contact customer care as no response from their side.

There are lots of places called Portland Street in the UK, so you would need to be more specific.

Actually it is Leamington Spa City.

Have you tried this page https://www.bt.com/help/check-service-status

If its a major issue, then it would be Openreach dealing, and they would be updating all Service Providers.

Zen have a page which list all current faults that affect the Openreach network.

You will not be able to use your phone number on that page, but you may be able to find the problem.

It's reasonably central in Leamington and covers loads of businesses (worked a few streets away), so I'd guess Openreach will be right on it.  That's Leamington Spa City on the outskirts of the Coventry Megalopolis?
