My Internet has dropped 19 times today. I used the Help bit, says line ok and reset. Dropped again. Colours on the hub do change so doesn't stay blue. I haven't moved this since it was installed and haven't added anything else to it.
do you have a working home phone and not on digital voice? if you do try dialing 17070 option 2 should be silent any noise is a problem and needs reporting to 151
have you tried changing the cables in case faulty. have you tried using the test socket with old style filter to see if that solves the problem?
