I have had FTTP with BT (900/100) for about 6 months now and approximately monthly, the line disconnects, the PON light goes red and I lose connectivity for 10-15 minutes.
This has normally been overnight, but yesterday it was in the middle of the evening - very inconvenient.
So is it normal to have these outages or is there a problem with my line?
Hi @pk1966 thanks for posting, no that's not normal. I can see the log you've posted shows packet loss before the disconnection. I think it would be best to report a fault and get that looked at. I'll send you a private message so you can get in touch with your details.
