Issues on Some websites

Not been on BT long and already had speed issues which were resolved now im getting these, checked on mobile data and are fine as were on my previous isp

any advice or ideas would be appreciated - tried restarting router and box a couple of times to no avail

Make sure parental controls and web protect are not enabled.

thanks for commenting but thats not enabled, ive spoken to BT support on live chat and they werent really a great help but theyve filed a complaint, hopefully they can resolve it
