Today I queried something on my EE mobile bill and was assured by the first EE Guide that I could now get a much better deal on a landline and TV package with EE. I then spent over 30 minutes with a Sales Agent who eventually told me that to transfer onto an identical EE package to the one I now have with BT would cost me £3 a month than I am currently paying. I declined that offer and a further offer to reduce my EE mobile account by £2 a month because that would mean a new mobile number.
There you have it (or not as the case may be).
