Keeps disconnecting

Hi, can anybody help solve a problem, my broadband keeps disconnecting, it had disconnected six times so far today,  I've had two engineers out in the past couple of months and they couldn't find a fault. 

I had no problems with my previous provider

From the log I can see your a VDSL connection so a copper pair line.

Have you tried a "Quiet Line Test" in the past?

Ideally plug in a wired phone dial 17070 and select option 2. Do you hear any line noise e.g. crackling, buzzing, popping? You might hear a 50hz hum which can be normal but it should be slient. If performing over a cordless phone try using the mute function but it won't be totally slient but listen for popping/cracking/scraching.

Thank you for the reply Starman, yes the engineers that came out performed the test and they said it was perfectly fine, the problem started off  intermittently but now it's become a daily occurrence, just very confusing, BT said there are no faults showing up on the line on their end, thr only thing i can think of that is causing the issue is if my smart hub 2 is faulty.

Looking at the logs you posted I can see one drop in internet connection so is the problem more the drops in your wireless connection to devices rather than drops in internet.  does hub light stay blue

With the number of drops in connection you experience if it is hub then I am surprised that your down noise margin is 3.6db whereas I would expect the DLM to have taken action by now and noise margin to be 6db+

No, the hub goes to purple then flashes orange  until goes back to blue when connection starts again.

A >3db SNR on the downstream would likely indicate that G.INT was enabled by DLM on the line in the past.

What kind of line stats are available on the SH2? Any ES SES values available to endusers?
