Hi - I moved into my house 3 years ago, the pole to house open reach termination box (outside the house) is open to the elements, and a mass of exposed/cut wiring. My broadband drops in and out, but BT always say it's fine (tell that to my boss and kids). It clearly needs re-wiring but how do I go about getting open reach to do anything?
