Hi do I still need a land-line now that fibre has been installed. Thanks
What is your definition of 'Landline'? It means many things to many people.
You still need a physical line (fibre rather than copper) so 'Line rental' is still a portion of your package price.
You may or may not have been moved to Digital Voice for telephony. If you have, a separate copper line is no longer required as your voice service will be carried via your broadband.
There is no need to have a voice service if you don't wish to have one but the saving will be marginal, no more than £5/m saving.
Many thanks yes the land-line is an old telephone line which probably hasn't been used for 10 plus years as I've never used a home telephone only had it in place for the old broadband
