I will have to look later, is there a filter i can put in place in the log to bring up the disconnects??
Like WAN, PPoE or TR69 for example??
Thanks for your continued help.
if you filter logs 'WAN' that should show disconnects and restarts
I think this is what your referring to??

that looks like 19 disconnections on the 16/7 in space of 6hrs
there is a problem with your connection and more likely your line
Whats the best way of getting this sorted as i feel talking to BT on the phone all they'll do is run a few checks and say all is fine??
Is there no one on here who can step in and help, as im sure ive had help before off a mod??
report a phone fault to 151 and explain you have had 19 drops in connection in just a few hours
I have an engineer coming this afternoon, BT sent me a text message saying that they had seen me doing speed checks and line tests online and there was indeed a fault and then text me available appointment times.
Still dropping connection according to my hub stats, although the phone "chirp" has stopped (whilst im at home anyway).
Thanks for your help, ill report back later just in case anyones interested.
So, a really helpful engineer came and diagnosed the problem to a faulty master socket.
He moved the position of the master socket and rewired it all, including my home phone extension, and have to say, its a million times neater then the original fitting by an Openreach sub contractor.
Funny thing is the stats are no different to before except no disconnections or random chirps from the home phone.
Speed is about 4Mbps down too??
sounds like a big improvement in connection at least now stable. can you post current hub stats
