Losing connection every evening around the same time for the last week

Hi,

I’m hoping someone may be able to help as I’ve seen this issue raised a few times now.

For about the last week, in the early hours of the morning I am losing my Wi-Fi connection. My hub goes from the regular steady blue light, to flashing purple, flashing orange then back to blue for 5 minutes before happening again. 

It starts at around 1am and goes on till around 8am. It’s really frustrating as through the day there are no issues whatsoever, but for someone who doesn’t sleep very well and wants to watch Netflix at night, it’s a no go! 

I’ve tried resetting the router, following the guide on the website, connecting to the bot over chat but no issues are being found.

Hi @Hannah_22,

I am sorry to see that your connection is dropping around 1am each night. Have you reported this as a fault to us? 

I would recommend checking this Broadband tests.
