Back in November, I ordered FTTP. A couple of engineer visits later, i have the cabling in my home, but the conduits are blocked.
At 9pm exactly to the second last night, I lost all connectivity (lights, cctv etc).
BT say no problems found etc etc, but one.network shows I have openreach at my home in 10 days. 2+2 together indicates to me that they have turned off my service in readiness for FTTP. They denied this several times as did OpenReach
Finally, got a guy who said, yes you are right, they have turned it off too soon, but it will take about a week to turn it back on. Is that right? How can it be?
It's pathetic BT can take my service down like this affection all my tech in the house and their answer is... we will send you an EE hub. That won't fix everything for me
Thx
Been sent a little mifi thing which works pretty well. Just can't connect my WLAN up 😞
