Hi all
I’ve reported a fault today and been called back by a BT staff member.
he’s booked a manual appointment for an engineer visit and also turned my mini hub on. When trying to connect I get an error that says “you’ve reached the monthly spend limit”.
I’ve never had to use the hub before but have had it for a while now. Any ideas how to get this sorted as I need the internet to work from home?
