Moving House and Fibre Service question

Hi there,

I'm moving house where I get very minimal fibre speeds to a place where there is a much faster BT fibre service available.

If I was a new client, I checked my new address the fastest I can get is the Full Fibre 900

BUT when I go through the Moving Process on the website and put in the same address of where I'm moving to... the fastest service they give me is only Full Fibre 100 Halo 3+ with 150mbps

Why am I getting drastically 2 different speed services? Is there a way I can get the Full Fibre 900? Is there specifically something I should be asking from BT?

Call the FTTP Team on 0800 587 4787 and they should be able to answer your question and advise how to proceed.

I'd suggest calling the FTTP team 0800 5874 787 and see if they can assist it might be due to current contractual obligations that the options online are limited.
