BT are not installing any cables in your road. Openreach will be doing so. BTRetail or any other ISP will not be able to offer FTTP until Openreach inform them it is available.

How long is a piece of string? I would expect Openreach to make it available to all ISP's as soon as possible to enable a return on their investment,after all they have to show a return to their shareholders.

NB if you don't have a phone line use the address option.
