Neighbours all have fibre but BT tell me we cannot

We have been provided with copper services and told by BT they can only offer us 3mb broadband but have then found out all our neighbours have fibre and even as BT customers. We are in a terraced property, with a FTTH box, and both sides of us have fibre (and are listed on the open reach checker as having fibre available but this property in between is not). Surely it's not possible that we use a different cabinet to our neighbours in terraced houses built in 2014?

I have seen other posts on the forum that identified similar issues as an admin error but cannot get to speak to anyone technical at BT and customer services just keep telling me what the openreach website says. Is there a way to get an engineer to check this isn't just an admin error?
