The stats confirm fibre 2 and as @licquorice posted you are in a banded profile. As you have 20 days stable connection I have asked a mod to help you get speed back to near attainable speed. They will post here

Just wanted to update this thread to say BT sorted it all out thanks to Mods and forum helpers. I've gone from 35mbps to 60+mbps after it was un-banded. Looks like the cause of disconnects was a dodgy home plug.
