New Customer

Had Full Fibre installed today 

When should I be able to manage my account still says I have no products 

Would like to turn web Protect off and I don’t know my BT email address 

Plus I need to claim my XBox pass as well

HI @Dazza1, welcome to BT and thanks for posting. It sounds like your order hasn't fully closed off on the system yet. It should close overnight as you're now connected. Try again tomorrow and let us know how you get on.

You need to setup your BTID 

BT no longer provide emaill capabilities to new customer so you need to use an existing address or set up a new address say gmail
