New Speed Cap
Although my guaranteed minimum download speed is 60Mb/s, I have always had speeds closer to 80Mb/s with a line connection usually well over 100Mb/s. My connection speed is 114Mb/s at the moment with very few errors, but following a few middle-of-the-night service interruptions and a change of IP location, my download speed appears to have been restricted to the low 60's Mb/s.
Has anyone else had this experience? Is there a BT policy to degrade the service so that customers will migrate to (unavailable) FTTP?

Re: New Speed Cap
the few middle of night drops in connection have resulted in the increase in noise margin and drop in connection speed. if your connection remains stable then noise margin will reduce and speed increase and this should be automatic as long as connection remains stable
