No Broadband for 5 Days

Unfortunately I have had major issues with my BT Broadband supply. On Wednesday 14th May, my line was disconnected due to late payment. I immediately called up and apologised and made prompt payment. The call handler advised that my Broadband would be back up and running in between 4-24 hours.

After 24 hours there was still no internet supply so I called again and was reassured that it would be resolved ASAP.

For the past 120 hours I have been constantly calling BT Business Helpdesk but getting nowhere. Sometimes Billing tell me there is a restriction on my account but this can not be the case as payment was made at 9AM on Wednesday 14th May. It is now Monday Afternoon 19th May and we still have no broadband connection.

 

Unfortunately, this has had a negative impact on our dental practice and we have been forced to cancel dental patients as we have no broadband for our dental software and also no broadband for our BT Cloud Phones. The Patients are also unhappy as they have not been able to get appointments for toothaches etc.

 

Please can you help get this resolved for us as 5 days without broadband is unacceptable especially as all bills have been paid. We also use BT Cloud Phones and spend around £160 monthly with BT so we expect a better service please. We have been with BT for over 10 years so we believed that we would be well looked after.
