No Plug/Cable for Openreach Modem?

Hi, I have recently moved into a property, received my smart hub yesterday, and now realised there is no plug for the Openreach modem on the wall, therefore meaning there is no internet going through to the smart hub. Does anyone know where I can get one?

Here are the specs:

For the Nokia ONT Model G-010G-Q, input is 12.0v DC at 0.5A. Power supply has a matched rated output of 12.0v DC at 0.5A

Re: No Plug/Cable for Openreach Modem?

Do you mean there is no mains plug for it, or Ethernet connection?

If the former, you need to report it as a fault 0800 800150

Hi, thanks for the reply, yeah it's the plug, I have flagged it with BT via live chat and they are going to send out an outreach engineer ASAP.
