Their communications are poor. We need more proactive information instead of having to chase them all the time. I have fibre but it hasn't worked at all for 6+ days so no Internet really. TV very glitchy and thank goodness I don't have kids who want to game and tiktok etc. All we want is to work and watch Strictly lol
