No service for nearly 3 weeks

Good afternoon my partner and I haven't had service since Xmas Eve and keep getting fobbed off by the help number everyday extending the resolution date which is now the 16th of January and originally was supposed to be the 3rd of january. it will be over 3 weeks of no service if it isn't fixed by the 16th but the main issue is we both work from home and because of BT we have had to use over 200gb of mobile data between us at are own expense and have to keep missing days of work as unable to travel to the office..are area is matchams bh242bt .when all you have to deal with is robots it's frustrating as a customer.all we want is clarification on what's happening or an actual date it will be resolved or there's no option but to change providers. Thank you for any help in advance.

Welcome to the BT Community and thank you for your post.

I am sorry that your services have developed a fault and for the length of time this has been going on.  I agree with what you have said - 3 weeks is a long time to be without service.  I assume it isn't a straightforward repair however the least I would expect is that you are made aware of what the issue is and why it is taking so long.
