noise margin will fluctuate due to line conditions but as you are on max 80/20mb connection on fibre 2 your noise margin is good and nothing to be concerned about

So u don't think I got nothing to worry about .my noise margin as always bean 15.4.6.4.now its down to 7.4 that's a big drop

It doesn't matter a jot what your noise margin is, you are getting the maximum speed possible.
