Hello,
Originally had a date of 12th October to get FTTP installed.The openreach engineer came but couldn't install it as there is no ducting from the pavement to the house.Since then I've been told different things from BT as to what is happening,when I have phoned them.
A few of the neighbors have got it installed/getting it installed, when I'm pretty sure I've ordered before them.
I'm getting frustrated as to the lack of communication from BT.
Just wondering if someone can help me on here, I'm Autistic and not very good on the phone,and am getting fed up of phoning BT to see what is happening.

are you dealing with the FTTP TEAM 08005874787? if not give them a call. if they are busy and you get diverted to CS then hang up and try later
