I made a complaint QIS688714 with open reach on 11th April regarding an ORDI request for ONT provisioning data misalignment—still unresolved after nearly 3 weeks. How should I contact them or expedite this process ? Being a GIS architect I understand the technical aspects of re provisioning the right ONT but genuinely puzzled the delay and time taken so far to resolve this issue.

this is a Bt retail community forum where customers help customers and your post does not go to BT there is no connection from here to openreach.
openreach are not customer facing and only deal with ISPs so you really need to go through your ISP to get changes for ONT
