I'm trying to accept a BT offer to upgrade my Broadband package. When I try to check out I get the message
Sorry - The postcode you have entered does not match with the postcode recorded by Openreach for the telephone number entered.
I've spent nearly an hour on the phone to 2 separate advisors but nobody seems to be able to sort the issue.

You need your ISP BT to raise an ORDI wth openreach to get your records corrected. you cannot contact openreach direct as they do not deal with the public
Surely the BT telephone staff should know this?;
They didn't seem to have a clue.
Which department in BT should I speak to?

You need to phone CS 03301234150 and they should know how to raise an ORDI
