you need to speak with the openreach person who comes to fit your fibre
If the cable is being attached to brick they should use an Eye Bolt, although may use a Bracket 32 if they need to use it to get the height needed.
Either way if they’re leaving the existing Copper Cable in place they should fit a a new Eye Bolt and or Bracket for the Fibre because you’re not supposed to have more than one Cable on any of them.
Of course what it says in the book and what is done in the real World can differ depending on the Engineer and how much they care about Quality.
