Hi, I have moved into a new build and the postcode (Royal Mail) does not match the one OpenReach have logged on my address meaning I have been unable to set up broadband/fibre as companies want to know the letters will go to the right place. I have logged 3 tickets/complaints with OpenReach but not heard back. Please note I am aware BT is not Openreach but Im here because BT confirmed this to be the problem, one address 2 postcodes and as there are a lot of other posts like this asking for help, I hoped I would be able to access that help too!
This is a BT forum and has no connection whatsoever with Openreach.

Are you intending to use BT as your provider? If so, place an order and get BT to raise an ORDI check with Openreach.
If intending to use another provider, get them to raise the ORDI
