I am having a nightmare as I wish to compare available options for broadband and Openreach is showing incorrect information for my address on their database, which other/all providers appear to pull their information from. My postcode brings up the correct address, however, when continuing on the link to see which providers are available, this defaults to a similar but incorrect address, which is located around the corner. I have submitted a query form to Openreach, but as yet have not heard anything. Reading within the community here I see it is a fairly common issue and that BT, my provider for over 4 years, can hopefully get it sorted by raising an ORDI request direct with Openreach, asking that they match their records to Royal Mail.
