Any idea why openreach keep cancelling my order for fttp? 6 times it's been cancelled now.
it could be dont the fact if your isp have you email stating full fibre is ready when its not

Could it be because it's not had a land line in use for 12 years?
The property has not been lived in since 2013. When I place the order I always decline the landline.
I should note, the property is in Orkney. The line works have been completed. The property is around 100 yards from the road. There is another property between the road and ours and it states that there are no plans for the area yet. However. Another property on same street has fttp fitted.
I cant complete the form you mentioned. I don't have any of those details.
When I place the order they say its available at 900mbps. Then a day later it's cancelled by openreach.
I assume you are placing an order with BT as this is a BT forum (nothing to do with Openreach), in which case ask them why it is being cancelled.
Yes, it's an order with BT. Each time is cancelled they don't tell me. I only find out if I call them. When I ask why they don't know. No idea. Last order I placed last week I got as far as a survey would be carried out this week, no one had been as yet so I called today to check progress to be told its been cancelled by openreach again.
A credit check is done at each order which I am not happy about.
Does your new home have the correct address on the royal mail database? If so just enter that in the link I posted previously
