Openreach were upgrading in our lane over a month ago and all poles now have new cables and connection boxes
Received an email from them a fortnight ago saying it is now available and a list of providers who we could use (which included BT)
Have been loggoing in to BT ever since and no mention of full fibre just a message saying "Sorry, we can't show you any personalised deals at the moment."
If I go incognito, without logging in, when I enter my postcode it says we can get Full Fibre.
Anyone know why new customers can get full fibre but not existing?

Phone BT FTTP Team on 0800 587 4787 and ask them to upgrade you.
Thanks, just phoned them and got it ordererd for installation in the new year 🙂
