Opting out of bt fon
Hi is this still a thing?
my WiFi if off but in the last day or so the bt WiFi has appeared for neighbours and don’t want them piggy backing on my WiFi.
I have seen you need to opt out by can’t find these options when using my iPhone on safari or on the bt app.
does this need to be done from a computer and is still available? Otherwise I will need to get rid of the home hub for the third party router but i am in digital voice with no copper line.

Re: Opting out of bt fon
The option to opt out is under manage my products in your MyBT account.
P.s: BTWiFI/BT FON uses a different vlan and traffic is routed to a different network compared to your main broadband connection. They are isolated from eachother and usage of BTWifi is logged against the account that signed in to it and not yours.
