Hi,
been connected fine to the internet, just came home yesterday to a flashing purple light, decided to forget it as it was late, this morning it’s now a solid orange.
connected to main router in my house - LOS- red light
power- green
PON - no light
LAN - green
can anyone help, tried resetting etc.

Red LOS light means you have lost the optical signal. You need to report the fault 0800 587 4787
Might be worth checking that the optical cable hasn't become dislodged from the ONT.
