I have a data cabling company and have a fusion splicer. Would It be possible for me to move the ONT and re-splice the cable onto the one in the grey enclosure on the outside of the property?

Are you a BT Business Customer, as you mentioned you were a company?
Openreach would not allow you to change the optical cable configuration, but they can arrange relocation of the ONT for you.
