We had our ONT installed at the end of January and the ONT has had a flashing PON light since, with the LOS light being off.
The flash occurs with 14 short flashes and then a long flash.
Unfortunately, I am not the one handling the account (my letting agent - student property - and a 3rd party are) - so the chain of command is Me -> Letting Agent -> MSP -> BT -> OpenReach.
From searching already, apparently this can be down to quite a few factors, but I was mainly wondering if there is a way that we can get this sorted sooner as its been 8 months in the works so far and an engineer has meant to be come out several times but have only showed once (which was to install the ONT).

Who is MSP?
MSP is a Managed Service Provider
MSP is a Managed Service Provider
It would be up to them to sort out the problem, if you are in a contract with them.
