Packet loss

Hi, having recently updated my speed and receiving a new router to try and solve the problem I am still experiencing packet loss while gaming and not just in peak time. I am on ethernet so puzzled if anyone else is suffering.

Welcome to the community.

If you don't notice an impact while connected on any other device, it is possible that it could be the gaming servers that are causing this.

I'd recommend contacting our tech guides so they can look into this further for you.
