I have fibre to my property and today experienced a powercut for a few minutes (not the first time). But this time my fibre box on the wall would not reconnect, the PON light would just flash and then eventually it would go red. Then try again.
I have tried resetting the box, powercycling etc and it still won't connect up.
Any ideas if there is anything I can do to get it to reconnect or do I need to contact BT?

If you have tried turning power off to the ONT and that has not helped then phone CS 03301234150
Long shot but maybe power it down overnight & try again in the morning.
