Hi,
We are currently having the same issue with this. We have been disconnected by Sky over a moneth ago, as we were told the exchange was closing and given one days notice on this. We are trying to move to BT but the openreach appointments are being missed, and when speaking to BT they say openreach are saying Fibre is not available, but we know it is as neighbours have it. We have found out that in some openreach systems the exchange is down as Haywards Heath but in others it is showing correctly as Nantwich. Is there anything we can do. BT are trying to create orders but they are being cancelled as openreach say fibre isn't available. The openreach website even says fibre is available at our postcode. We are at the end of our tether and without broadband which means no internet banking, repeat prescriptions, gp appointments and everything else that's being pushed online. Any help or advice would be gratefully received. Thanks

you can try writing to openreach and make sure you say that neighbour can get a connection

nothing BT can do if openreach records show no fibre connection
