Return equipment

Hi, twice I have called asking for a returns bag and lable, and not received it.

I have left bt and wish to return my router etc, it says log in and click on return equipment link, but there is not one.

Please could someone help me and send me the returns bag

I'm sorry you can't order a returns bag online. I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll get this arranged for you.

I am sorry for the problems you had arranging a returns kit.  I have placed an order for the returns kit today and it'll be with you in the next 7 days.
