I did talk to them in the morning, I was told the data have not been transferred over and they redirected me to BT Broadband helpline, and they couldn't resolve my issue and asked me to try claiming again. The claim button is not functional in the BT website and is just an image.
Could you kindly guide me where I can get further assistance please?

Have you tried a different web browser?
If both of the help lines have been no help the only other thing you can do is lodge a complaint with BT
