Hi all
I've been a customer for almost 2 years now on Fibre 1 and recently, well since around a month ago my broadband services keeps dropping out.
I have a Data only service, and it has not been an issue until recently without any changes.
I have made the standard checks and again, there have been no changes. I can't get any help or solutions on the phone either.
Any help on here would be great. Almost reaching a point of looking for another provider.

Can you post hub stats
With broadband only you cannot check for line noise so have you tried connecting to test socket with filter to see if that helps stability
