Since around 4am this morning my smart hub has gone solid orange with no internet. Service to the house looks good.
I've tried rebooting the hub multiple times, factory reset, changing Ethernet cables all with no joy. I've run out of ideas and haven't found any useful online hello. Next steps anyone?
Have you considered reporting the fault?
