I went on BT chat and asked why they were billing me for a service they know I cannot use. I wanted to know why the filter delay to be told a delay usually means no stock.
I’ve raised a complaint with them
Ask BT to credit the cost of the filter, to your account.
Hi I was going to ask but it’s only £4 and I want to wait and see what they come back with on my complaint. It doesn’t look good when I’ve just joined BT!
