I had Full Fibre 900 installed on 28/12.
Since then the BT speed test hasn't worked & fast.com results vary from 320-420 mbps.
Do I need to wait a little longer or could there be an issue?

Are you running the test with ethernet connection between hub and device- not WiFi
If ethernet and not improvement by Wednesday then post back

Thanks for posting about your connection speed. Are you seeing the same results on all devices? As @imjolly has mentioned. Give it a few days and post back if you don't see any improvements.
All good now. Seeing 900 - 1000mbps down & 100-120 up!
You were spot on: WiFi 220-420 mbps. Ethernet connection 900-1000mbps.
