Test and trials line

Hi Please help I’m getting desperate. Could a moderator please contact me.  I have a FTTP line installed via the Test and trials team which has gone faulty I have been emailing the test and trials team since 12 February but have had no response.  I also have my own broadband which I pay for and is FTTC which is working. I decided to recontract this and move to FTTP but it won’t let me recontract online and I’ve rung 150 and they got an error so unable to recontract me either.  How do I get hold of the test and trials team.

I am so frustrated with this HELP
