The status of my full Fibre order from 8AM-1PM changed to confirmed.na

Hi,

As the title says The status of my full Fibre order, which was today between 8AM-1PM changed to confirmed.na

I have been very patiently awaiting my Openreach engineer visit and was really hoping somebody might have insight as to exactly what this means as I have read many stories of engineers simply not tuning up and there absolutely no notification from either BT or Openreach.

So people just sit in waiting and have no clue that the engineer is no longer coming to install their full fibre.

Could anybody confirm what might be going on? As 'confirmed.na' does not sound good.

@thelargeone Thanks for posting, I'm sorry for any confusion caused.  That means the job has been assigned to an engineer, you should still expect them to arrive before 1 pm.

i had the same problem, but called my engineer to see if he was still coming today as people are busy, and the guy that the bt text message named and gave me his personal number claimed that it wasnt on his list/gadget thing so nothing he can do ,
