So , if the DSL checker states FTTC is available ( looks different now with the WLR stop sell, it’s SoGEA to look at ) , are you saying you are trying to order but your order fails ( either you on line or by speaking to BT ) or that your order is accepted, but when the installers turns up they cannot proceed as although they have a port allocated in a FTTC cabinet, they know it’s a mistake and cannot physically make the necessary connections.
