You have benefited from a BT error and now BT have discovered the error they have corrected it so you are now getting what you  are actually paying for all along

Hi, @jerandavies BT has never offered the 210Mb upload as part of our Full Fibre 900 package or any other package and the option to order it has never been built into our order systems. 

The error in providing that to you was most likely on Openreach's side, so the helpdesk staff you spoke to were providing the correct information in that BT don't provide a 210Mb upload option, our helpdesks don't need to know all of the profiles that Openreach offer ISP's, only the ones that BT do. 

Whilst I appreciate your disappointment there is no way we will be able to change this for you and you are getting the speeds agreed in your terms of service.
